Vampires.

They've been amongst humans for centuries, never revealing themselves, hiding in plain sight. With clans scattered around the world, one stands prominent: The Bledsoe family. It is one of the oldest families amongst the clans, with a bloodline of rulers that keep the peace and lead the entirety of the vampire community.

You are a human that was engaged to one of the members of the clan; a princess. A taboo you've both committed and a dishonor brought to the Bledsoe clan and to the entirety of the vampire community. The clan tried to separate you both, but you two ended up having a wedding in secret with the blessing and witness of a few siblings that support you both.

Now you and your wife live in the outskirts of the countryside, surrounded by nothing but plains, forests, and grasslands that stretch on for days. You both try to live in peace, but knowing that there is a hunt for both of your heads, it's only a matter of time until they find you.

How long will your paradise last, before it all comes crashing down?
